Rental Information and Payment:
RATES:
All Rates quoted are based on a one day event. Special discounts may apply for Event Packages.
PAYMENT:
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and money orders. We require a $50 reservation deposit for inflatables. Tent packages require a 50% deposit. The Balance is due the day of the rental.
REFUNDS:
1. Deposits on all inflatables are non-refundable, unless in the event of inclement weather the client will have the option to recieve a refund for the deposit or to reschedule. (Rescheduled dates are dependant on the availability of the item).
In the event that inclement weather is forecast, the client will recieve a call the previous day of delivery to confirm a cancellation for a refund or reschedule. 2. Deposits on all tent, table and chair packages are non-refundable.
RENTAL PROCESS:
Our rental process is simple and easy in order to keep your party planning and day enjoyable !
Step 1: Contact us or browse our website for the products you are interested in renting. (Larger events and tent functions are encouraged to contact us to obtain a packaged discounts)
Step 2: Contact us at Ph# 215-340-0700 to discuss your event needs and reserve the items.
Step 3: We will gather all the necessary information from you to obtain your deposit. A rental contract will be e-mailed or mailed to you in order to secure your reservation. The rental contract will need to be signed and sent back to us along with the deposit.
Step 4: We will arrive the day of your event for delivery and setup. We will require the remaining balance the day of setup/delivery. (Inflatables will require a 30 minute window for delivery time), (tents and larger events may require a 4 hour window prior to the event)
Step 5: We will need to spend a few minutes with the renter/ride supervisor (must be 18 or over) to review our safety policies and procedures.
Step 6: Enjoy your rentals !!!!
Step 7: We will return at the designated date and time to take down any inflatables and tents. Tables and chairs will need to be returned in the manner in which they were received.

Delivery Areas and Fees
All deliveries within a 10 mile drive from our Doylestown, Pa location are considered free deliveries.

All deliveries outside a 10 mile drive from our Doylestown, Pa location will have additional delivery fees applied. Please contact our office to see if we deliver to your area in Bucks or Montgomery county. We do not service the Philadelphia area.
